Thanks to National Lottery Funding, we’re thrilled to offer children a FREE captivating Elf Experience and a complimentary gift in an interactive show that will last between 45min – 1 hr.
Your little ones will be enchanted as they receive their very own Elf name, rosy cheeks, and a charming Elf hat. Then, they’ll embark on a whimsical journey aboard a magical spaceship bound for the North Pole.
Once they’ve arrived in the enchanting North Pole, your children will attend Elf training school, where they’ll partake in a series of delightful tasks, all in the spirit of becoming honorary elves. At the end of their training, they’ll receive a special gift that was sent to the Elves from Santa himself!
This experience promises to be a magical and entertaining adventure, filled with laughter and unforgettable moments.
And don’t forget, in the heart of the North Pole, there’s a Magical Post Office. Be sure to bring along any letters or drawings your children would like to send directly to Santa Claus, as this will be a delightful part of our Elf show.
Santa's Personalised Grotto Visit
Come visit Santa’s Grotto and receive a personalised visit where Santa not only knows the child’s name, but also knows what they have asked him for Christmas. Your child will be blown away and will have no doubt that this is the real Santa, but best of all, you will also be supporting the charity and helping other children access lifesaving or life changing treatment/equipment.
When you book a child’s space in the Grotto, during checkout you will be asked to give details about the child, what they have asked Santa for Christmas and any other special interests or comments that you would like Santa to say to them. You can make their visit personalised and give them the most magical experience.
Aswell as the personalised experience, each child ticket will receive a Reindeer cuddly toy, a magical Christmas key from Santa that they must use on Christmas Eve to let him in, a candy cane and a bilingual certificate to let them know that they are on Santa’s Nice List.
Craft Tent
Come visit Joseph’s Smile Craft Tent where you can support the charity by painting your very own Christmas Card. If you don’t fancy a Christmas Card, that’s not a problem, because we also have a Christmas mug that you can decorate too. All proceeds raised from your amazing craft creations will then go to help the children we support.

Volunteer
We are looking for volunteers to help with bucket collections, dressing up as Olaf and, doing glitter tattoos or helping us in the craft tent. If you are interested, please fill in the form below and we will be in touch with all the possible booking dates.
Elf Experience Waiting List
Our Elf Experience is now Sold Out. If you would like to join our waiting list for cancellations, please register by completing the following form. When tickets become available, we will let everyone know by email in advance, the date and time when these tickets will be released. Please note that it does not matter who has signed up first or last onto this waiting list, everyone will receive the email at the same time and we will aim to give as much notice as possible before the tickets are released on our shop again.
